It’s been a couple days since I’ve posted, mostly because yesterday was my birthday.
However today I wanted to continue my theme from Thursday’s post: namely your enslavement to life.
There’s one major misconception that I find rather prevalent when it comes to the topic of freedom. Well there are plenty of prevalent misconceptions but this one stands out in particular:
People think that their actions define their freedom.
They think, for example, that if they slave away looking for a job, they’ll find one that is better than what they have now, pays more, etc.
They even think, as I thought once, that if they quit the job they hate, they will instantly have more freedom.
Or they think that if they pursue a degree they honestly have no interest in, then more jobs will open up and they’ll be free.
You hopefully get the point. People believe that if they take certain actions— even actions they have no interest in— that they will attain freedom.
Abraham-Hicks says something on this that I agree with 100%: “You can never have a happy ending at the end of an unhappy journey.”
Two years ago I quit a job that I hated. Did it magically give me more freedom? At first I thought so, but as time went on, I was no better off than before. My vibration hadn’t improved: I had just taken an action step that assured I would get more of the same.
You cannot attain freedom from taking particular actions. Nor does it mean that if you’re prevented from certain actions, that freedom is impossible to you.
Someone might think that if they are stuck in that unwanted job, that they therefore cannot be free. But that’s not true, either.
It’s never the actions. Freedom is a thing that can be chosen today. It is a thing that can be chosen no matter where you are, what you’re doing, or what your circumstances are.
Freedom is, in my view, the first fundamental law of godhood (I’m not telling the other laws yet; it’ll be revealed in the future). It is absolutely indispensable if you are to be a God.
That’s why I’m discussing it in this issue of the Circle of Darkness. If you are currently enslaved to life, it is of the utmost importance that you immediately free yourself, and in this newsletter I will show you how.
