I’ve come to see over the years that life is absolutely perfect.
No, it doesn’t always look like that. Quite often, it looks like life is chaotic and unpredictable, sometimes even full of suffering and failure.
But every time it looks like that, it’s because I am trying to work against the flow of life.
Once I simply let go and surrender into the flow once again, the natural perfection of life reveals itself.
There’s a beautiful concept in Taoism called wu wei, or non-doing, which you’ve probably seen me discuss before. But it basically says that life takes care of itself. There’s very little we have to do to get things to work.
Action will take place, obviously, but it’s natural, effortless, inspired action. It’s never the type where we feel like it’s hard work.
The more you let go into the flow of life, the easier and more effortless it becomes. And the wonderful thing is, the more you start to get what you want.
This has really blown me away especially recently. With literally no effort on my part, the things I want come to me. The more effortless I allow myself to be, the more completely this happens.
This is why I’ve launched my new course, 81 Days to Effortless Success, which is starting in just 5 more days! This is a deep look into the Tao Te Ching, and how you can apply these ancient principles today to effortlessly improve your life and achieve your goals.
